"Muy mala experiencia"
Fuimos a la consulta y nos toco una persona que solo hablaba inglés nos iso un contrato sin nosotros saber exactamente que era lo que nos estaba ofreciendo. Cuando hablamos con alguien en español y nos explicó le dijimos que no queríamos lo que nos estaba ofreciendo que queríamos cambiarlo para ese entonces ya avía pagado 2600 dólares y nos dijo que probará con eso primero pero desde el principio dijimos que no. No nos isieron caso, mi esposo se puso muy mal de su cabeza ya que eso produjo alergia y hasta hongos del pegamento, le tocó ir al medico para que lo removieran, y le dieron medicamentos. Estuve llamando y deje mensaje nadie respondió ni me regresaron la llamada. Perdí mi dinero y en lugar de que mi esposo estuviera feliz esta triste de seccionado y termino hasta enfermo de su cuero cabelludo.

My journey in this company is not as satisfying as it should be.As we all feel that our hair is the crowning glory of oneself,we should be treated with more of compassion for what we are missing or don't have or lacking.I didn't feel that from the receptionist to the Manager,to the stylists,etc.what ever positions there is.Hard to schedule appointments especially if you need to see one "emergently".The only person that will smile at you is your stylist,I guess because you're next in line to be seen.Am missing a friendly atmosphere here as in a world of competitive business.Am sorry to have been here.

"Keep us on the weekly schedule without the rates going up..."
Loved the first 6 months of service, but when they changed my schedule to once a month, because the fee went up....not happy....I don't see why they don't keep that offer forever. (It was a tease for new clients & don't see the reason why that had to change....) It's all about money, I know.
I really don't think you would lose money if you kept clients on a weekly bases....
I know you have had a employee switch up...Maybe that's why...Not enough employee's for the demand
You would have a lot more happy customer's and referrals.....
I still love the staff, but changing the weekly service to monthly in the long run in my opinion would benefit your company..........................Keeping the price the same.......Happy New Year...Tom

"Terrible job at Bosley (They are bunch of liars)"
Terrible work, they lied about the outcome and left me with laughable hairline so sparsely placed that people look at the top of my head every time we talk, they can't focus on the conversation, and they (Bosley/ Hair Club"also left a "smiley face" on the back of my head (huge, ugly scar that won't allow me to shave my head either.. All in all, one of life's lessons learned the hard way, so please don't let them do the same to you. They have new, contemporary methods where they extract/ harvest individual grafts, but Bosley still works with obsolete method of taking a large portion of your scalp out of the back of your head and then they harvest the grafts out. They will not tell you that you need two or three surgeries until the day of the surgery when you sign the contract, and they will not tell you that even then because they don't want you to change your mind, the "doctor" will just write a discreet note without your consent that "additional surgeries may be needed" and you will not even know about it till after surgery when you look at the receipt, that;s how slick they are. Anyway, I hope you don't go through the same nightmare I went through.

"Barely meeting the expectation"
Cons:
1) The hair quality is inconsistent
2) The hair does not last the duration for which it is supposed to last
3) Getting the appointments is very difficult
4) Even after more than 3 years of my tenure with HC, they could not figure out the quality/type of hair that can last for the duration that it is supposed to last and of the right quality
Pros:
1) The staff is friendly
2) Premises are well maintained
3) The service managers are accommodating
