they told me that my hair would not grow in certain areas so they lied cause I have a full head of hair right now since I stop going to them. The purpose of me going there was to help my hair grow but they took my hair out and I am out of a lot of money due to them lie to me in the start

Met with them, initial appointment went great. Followed up with them to discuss possibility of funding options, and they did not respond, even after 4 attempts. Needless to say, I will never return. I am with another company.

I have been a client for over 14 years now, and my biggest complaint is the quality of the hair systems.The staff and stylist are great. I have had many that were taken care of by the book, and the hair comes out and looks terrible before its time for your next system. To their credit they usually make it right and replace the system, but these are expensive human hair pieces, and having a bald spot on one of these just defeats the purpose. I think they need to address the issue. I usually end up with at least one or two defective ones out of four per year.

The staff there are excellent. Sandy is so friendly and inviting. Elizabeth is fabulous, makes me feel comfortable under my stressful situation. Makes my hair beautiful each time. Fernand is very down to earth and listens and understands your needs. I have recommended Hair Club and will continue.

I wore an unacceptable style for more than six weeks because the hair was hard to manage and the manager claimed that the style had to be ordered. After contacting the club, for an appointment to see if the hair style had been mailed, the manager told me that the style had been there and they thought I liked the style I had worn weeks overdue. I was very disappointed, sales on products were almost over when finding out about it so, I asked them to send emails to clients once products go on sale. I must say that I expected more of this club.
