I am a 22 year old with deams of being a phyatric Doctor.My thining hair line has put me into a deep depression I don't like getting out of bed are being seen by people .The depression has led me to quiet my job and has landed me on da streets because I'm two stressed out to go to work and school .I went to hair club to try to buy there laser but dont have the cash to get it cause the little cash I have left I used to pay this guy to pretend to be me and do my work in class.I lost both my parents at a young age so I don't have rich parents to pay for the laser are treatment.Every body at hair club was nice and helpfull but can't help me with a laser with out the cash .My first review was a lie with me just being mad cause of my broke depressed situation hair club is a great place they help my friend at school get back his hair so I know they help.I just don't want to see my dreams fail over a hair line problem and look back and see where I came up short in life sorry about the angry false review I had no right to give them a bad review when I never gave them a try.PS sorry for the misspelled words I use to ride the short bus

I find that the hair does not last long. I normally have my hair start lifting up in a few days and a max of a week. It's often embrassing and annoying. I am often ashamed to walk the streets without a hat and since I am an actor it has affected my work.

I tried to contact the one of the Altlana branches and I left a message. 1) NO ONE called me back!!!!! 2) They have a voicemail that currently says they are closed for Thanksgiving. We are in Januaray 2017. I have an emergency and no one got back to me at all. Completely upset at this ATL office. I live in LA but am in ATL for acting working. I will never recommend this company to any of my black friends and I know a few of them that were looking to check the company out of t worked out for me which it has not.

I am constantly told what to do, what to pay, when to pay with VERY LITTLE REGUARD TO WHAT I WANT....I am a professional businessman and I have always tried to give my customers what THEY want and not what I want...and that is just the opposite of HC!!!
They try and tell me how I want my hair!!! not how I want it...I am told: Everyone else wants it "this way"...I don't care how everyone else wants their hair cut... I would like it MY way....

"Have not had the experience or training I thought I would have consistently."

I was told in the beginning that I would be trained in how to take care of my hair, the use of the products and everything. But instead I got inconsistent care from different people. I felt like organizing was lacking. The people were nice but I did not feel like I had the professional care I was promised.

"WHERE IS THE HAIR I CAN MESS UP IF I WANT TO?"

Made a 2 hour trip to a Hair Club Clinic after receiving their hair transplant information via the mail. Hoping for a solution for my hair loss with a hair transplant. Greeted by 2 women who took a picture of the top of my head, that was the only evaluation I received, then told me I needed a hair weave which would solve my problem, I would need to return every 6 weeks to have it redone forever. I stated I wanted the transplant they advertise, they state they DO NOT do transplants. THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING THEY ADVERTISE. Very disappointed.
