My thing is I go to hairclub in New York. Every time I go there this stylist feels the need to want to shave my natural hair each time! Why is that when I told her the razor will touch my hair just once. Now, it’s habitual. I’m thinking about not wearing this anymore and go back to wearing my destroyed natural hair. She cuts so much I am now bald. Taking off the hair is painful and I feel like whatever little bit of hair I have left is just being pulled..

I have been with Hair Club now for over two years and have been wearing hair for over 30 years. The reason why I chose Hair Club as I plan on traveling and found that they have centers all over the country. In the two years I have been with them the actual stylist are wonderful, but the company is terrible. I have been wearing other client's hair now most of the time and it never really satisfies me, and it is very depressing, and never fits correct. The center I am involved with now is trying to help, but it has really been a challenge. I have been wearing a hat now for over three months and as a businessman going to different meetings all the time it is a disgrace.

Pesíma, horrorosa experiencia, son unos estafadores sin escrupulos acabamos de regresar de lasmoficinas de hair club aqui en farmigton en Ct pague mas de $2000 un regalo de cumpleaños param i esposo ya que esta quedandose calvo por tratamiento de champus, pastillas y lociones de cabellos que nos aseguraban mantener y retener la caida de cabello y aumentar la
cantidad de cabello, acabo el año que pagamos de tratamiento y por lo contrario esta mas calvo y hoy no nos dieron solución, la manager queria colocar un peluquin o unas extensiones de cabello que no duran ni una semana, yo no pague para eso si hubiera querido un peluquin lo mamdaba hacer de cabello natural!! yo paque para que su cabello crezca naturalmente, le pedi 6 meses de tratamiento mas o que me devuelvan mi dinero pero se negaron hacerlo, ahora colocare una denuncia contra ellos y una demanda, veo que hay muchas personas afectadas por las estafas que nos hacen a nosotros los consumidores, ademas a ello tienen una publicodad engañosa si no les resulta el tratamiento devolvemos el dinero y es mentira, tengo tanta pena y angustia por mi esposo que es joven aún y no pudo recuperar su cabello por estos estafadores, esta con los animos abajo, triste y ademas a ello le dejaron el cuero cabelludo reseco y con bolas de grasa que antes el no los tenia esto sucedio al comenzar el tratamiento con estos estafadores, que no se quieren hacer cargo de nada EXijo mi dinero de vuelta!!com esa cantidad de dinero hubiera pagado un implante de cabello en otro pais increiblemnte aun existe malas compañias aprovechandose de las emociones y confianzas de los clientes. por último la manager nos dice le podemos poner 500(el gruesor es un deso por decirlo asi) a mi me lo pusieron hace 4 años atras ellos mismos y se me calleron en la primera semanaa no dura y es gratis soj pruebas que loos dan de free, segun ellos esa era su garantia para nuestro caso, que pasa señores de hair club ? uds estan burlandose de josotros ? cabellitos que es una cantidad muy minima que no dura ni una semana se cae !!! devuelvan mi dinero !

"Convenient Location"
Love the location, not really friendly some staff and management very defensive with excuses why they cannot or will not help in case of emergency repairs, and don't return calls. Staff turnover, lack of staff, service, have been great issue since 'Covid' excuse for everything, even sending out with wet poorly cut hair that lifts in the first week. Used to be a great office when it opened- Staff was attentive, professional, friendly- made me feel important as a client-today not so much. Hope things change here for the better soon.

I have been a HC client for over 30 years and for the most part have been satisfied. The turnover of stylists seems to be excessive and not sure why that is an issue. That being said, I now have a stylist who I am very satisfied with, and she has a long experience with HC so I am hopeful she will continue. The problem is the COVID excuse for everything.....I can accept some issues, but I feel at the corporate level or senior management they have really dropped the ball. My current plan is for 5 systems per year at a very expensive $398 per month.....three price increases in the last 4 years. The problem now is that HC cannot fulfill its contractual obligations. I have had new hair on order since March and have had the local management try to substitute another system to fulfill my required orders. I drive 2 hours to my salon and the manager failed to tell me my hair was on back order due to "COVID"......after a lengthy discussion I explained that a substitute system was not acceptable. This was in Oct and was told that my hair should be in by Nov. My scheduled appointment was 18 Nov and I called just to make sure my hair was there, and you guessed it they were once again trying to provide me with a substitute system and once again no advanced notification. I explained that this was totally unsatisfactory, and that HC needed to stop the auto withdrawls each month until they can meet their obligations. I was told it may be several months before my hair actually arrives but that was only a guess as they had no visibility of the order status.....REALLY.....what kind of business are you running and if you are still having COVID issues to this level then be honest with your clients and quit trying to placate us with half measures.
