Liked the easels I bought for my granddaughter, and grandson,but when I tried to orderthem first in November, it was $99, (+$4)each. Costway said it was sold out but the easels were in transit, so I asked to be contacted when they arrived. After a couple of weeks, and with no update notice sent to me, I went to the site, and the easel had jumped
from $99 (+$4), to $125 each. Very disappointed.

"Terrible customer service"

I ordered a massage gaming chair for my son for christmas and when it arrived, the tools and screws were missing from the package in order to assemble the chair. I was in touch with customer service agent agent- 1020 who mentioned they would give me a call back within a certain timeframe to update me on what can be done. I never heard back from her at all! I followed up with the company to get the run around all of a sudden the agent is not working for a couple days. She had no decency to at least pass my situation on to somebody else who would be able to deal with it.

They offered a $20 credit which does nothing for the fact that my son has has to wait at least a month to get the pieces now to assemble the chair. This is ridiculous for a purchase that’s $500 and I advise you order off Amazon or somewhere else that will actually take care of your situation in a timely manner.
