Love the kitchen playset. I'm so excited to give it to my granddaughter. She will absolutely love it. The play by play demonstration video on how to put the set together is awesome. After viewing this video I'm planning to put the set together myself so she can start playing with it right away. Very disappointed with the shipping from Costway. I ordered from what I believe was a Canadian Website in Guelph Ontario which advertises fast shipping 2-3 days. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my order. I contacted customer service and was advised 10-15 days for my order.

With me from Canada I went on costway.com, and purchased the 15% off for 12 months by mistake as I should have been on costway.ca my, it was my fault I did not realized when I could not put my address in for shipping.

"Difficult to assemble Wooden Stool Ladder"

It is difficult to assemble the item. The holes are not proper to fit in the screws. Very frustrating even tried to drill in the screws. You’ll definitely need an electric drill.
I gave a 4 stars because the customer service showed concerns about the issues although the product is not user friendly with just an Alan key.
