"I ordered my boots over 2 weeks ago and…"

I ordered my boots over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I've tried contacting the site via email twice and haven't heard anything back. My tracking link doesn't even work. So I'm £25 down with no boots and they are winning.

Do not order from this company. They list your item as despatched, do not provide tracking and nothing arrives. I got a refund after raising a paypal dispute. Minus any communication from the company might I add. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I received the nyrex folder cover just the other day waited the full 12 days for it to arrive, which went straight in the bin as the zip was broken and irrepairable. So complete waste of money and will not be ordering again.

Stay away from these SCAMMERS and THIEVES.
Received Boots,which where not as advertised. Wasn't happy and ask Militaryops to return, which they agreed and to refund. After receiving the return, Militaryops refused to return any of my emails,phonecalls or to refund.
They are impossible to contact - I have messaged multiple times through their own website messenger, e-mail and countless phonecalls (voicemail has been conveniently disabled). After they have the money and the merchandise,you will be ignored.

I've now retrieved my funds back through a PayPal dispute.
Wish I had read reviews here first and hope people do it before financing this dishonest and money scamming business

"No reply's to my emails"

I ordered some army surplus clothing from Military Ops. Military Ops sent me an email to say the order been posted. The tracking number they provided didn't work. I waited a couple of weeks for my package but nothing had arrived. I contacted Military Ops and waited for a reply. Another week passed with no one from Military Ops contacting me. I was talking to PayPal to get a refund. When finally I received a package the other day. It was from military Ops, but when I opened it I was expecting two bits of clothing, but to my annoyance part of my order was missing. I am now trying to contact Military Ops to find out were the other part of my order is. It seems to me this company doesn't like communicating with there customers. I will not be buying anything else from them in the future.

Update on my missing clothing with Military Ops, They have not responded to my emails, I have lost £19.95.

placed two separate orders one arrived 4 sizes bigger than ordered other never arrived and used tracking for first package to claim I did receive the missing item in PayPal claim

con artists don't reply to email or phone calls avoid or use as your own peril

"SCAMMERS"

Well there is something odd about this company. I gladly placed my order for a pair of boots price £99.00 they seemed a genuine company and they sent me a dummy tracking number i knew then something was wrong. Then never replied to my emails and was unable to contact them by phone due to no reply on there part.
They are a genuine limited company who have had two different addresses in Manchester and a address in Wolverhampton. I am going to report this company to Manchester trading standards and i will be contacting the various credit card companies they deal with. You know something is up when Paypal sorted out my refund in less than 24 hours. You picked on the wrong person to scam this time and yes i have got my money back but its not over yet.

I still haven't received my parcel six days after an email informing of its dispatch. The worst thing however is that around twenty phone calls to query this have not been answered. I'm still waiting for an email response and will, perhaps, alter this comment and rating when the issue is resolved. Not good so far unfortunately.
UPDATE - I finally received my parcel on the 17th December, although I have still not had any response to my email/phone query. Buyers discretion recommended...
