I ordered a product, which was dispatched, however the package never arrived. After following the links I discovered that the package was in Basingstoke (I was in Yorkshire) and was registered as “Delivered”.
When I contacted the seller to address this, my emails were ignored.

Goods were ordered,3 days after order an email saying they had been dispatched was received.
9 days later I inquired where they were as the tracking link was not working.
2 days after that I received a response saying the items were not in stock and that I would be refunded up to 3 days after that.
All things considered not very good I'd say!

Unfortunately my order was just before Covid , so, the delivery delay was out off previous data... Immediately, Militaryops proposed me a alternate solution and some help to target the parcel. but my option was waiting.
After some monthes my purchasse is here, great quality, exactly what was expected.

I ordered some boots & trousers & paid for 24hr delivery, one week later no delivery, the tracking was not recognised when I checked with Royal Mail.
I tried phoning I counted 30 times on my phone, all I got was messages full please try again.
I had paid via PayPal (thankfully) so raised a complaint with them, of course PP say try to resolve it with the seller, I did get through to them a few days later and they said they would refund, one week more, no refund.
So it was finally resolved via PayPal

"Prompt service but poor quality…"
Excellent service but poor quality product: I was expecting a snood which would be more generous in size and of thicker good quality material, like one I already own. Instead it was of very thin polyester material and not very big. Very disappointed in the product. I can say thought that the order was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly.

Boots where different 1 was used and 2 was new also 1 fell off before the leather under the sole is dry and rotten

I ordered boots on 27th Nov before 1pm cut off for same day dispatch. I have had difficulty sourcing these boots anywhere so to find them available in all sizes was a real find although slightly more expensive or so I thought. I emailed on 4th Dec for an update on delivery to be told that they were no longer in stock & I would receive a refund. I have been on the site everyday since & I'm still being allowed to add size to basket. 1st time using this site & will be the last.
