They didn’t have the pattern I ordered on line, however Bex contacted me the next working day and offered an alternative, Bex offered to order what I wanted and kept me updated. No complaints

Bex was superb, dealing with my initial purchased returns (Magnum side zips failed), while still under warranty, through to a pair of Under Armour boots suitable for my workplace requirements.
A+ customer service, from start to finish, she deserves a bottle of prosecco or at least some vouchers! Thank you.

"Overall good service"
When I placed my order, I was under the impression that they had my requested size in stock as there was no indication to the contrary. After placing my order, I was quickly contacted by the company to say the size I had requested was not in stock. They offered a half size up or down. This process was easy and painless, but it would have been nice to know before placing my order that my requested size was not available.

"Snugpak SJ9. Jacket."
This is a first class garment made in England. I have the SJ9 model and have tested it out in near freezing conditions. I was snug and warm.
I would recommend Snugpal clothing for keeping you in our winters. I had excellent service from Polimil.

After I placed the order, I realised that the delivery address was incorrect on my part. So I emailed them and almost immediately, they responded and it was no problem at all. Very, very good customer service. Now waiting for my boots tomorrow.

Had never come across this company previously, but saw their site whilst looking for a 70 litre rucksack. Bought a Snugpak 70 from them and it arrived the next day. Product was exactly as described and of high quality. It was also far cheaper than on comparable websites.
I will definitely use Polimil again.....great company.

After reading a lot of not very good reviews mostly on trust pilot I very apprehensively placed my order. But from the point of order to delivery I have to say polimil have been faultless.

"Quick to take cash for what they don't have"
Ordered some boots, they took my money. Got an email days later saying they were out of stock, no indicator of when or if they could get them, offered a lesser replacement. Took over a week for them to send me back my money after I requested they cancel. Boots still show in stock and available on their site- looking at other reviews they are really quick to take your cash, then whether you get your product is a gamble.

so after seeing all the bad reviews here i thought id just give a quick review of my experience.
Iv used Polomil for years and never had a problem. I dont order stuff that often but when i do it will be over £100 order.
Always use paypal, so in case anything does go wrong, you always have paypal to help you out.
Not that iv ever needed to as my service has been completely fine with them and orders get to me no problem at a great price.

"Good communication, but website need updating"
Ordered Meindl Boa GTX boots and Sorbothane Double Strike insoles. Received a confirmation email a day later, and boots arrived three days later. However, also received an email saying that the insoles were out of stock, and that they would give me Sorbothane Pro insoles instead if i wished so (which are roughly the same price). I agreed and the insoles arrived a few days later. Overall positive experience, although website should be updated about stock to avoid situations like this in the future. Thanks to Andy.
