Ordered some over the counter meds as I can’t get out , hence on line , received an email asking for ID as their system didn’t pick up my DOB. I sent screenshot of a hospitals appoint letter , screen shot with my DOB , address and full name but they just chose to disregard my order , clearly they don’t need the business . I will not be using this sham of a company again , shocking customer service , I’d give no stars if I could .

"I have an ear infection and so ordered…"
I have an ear infection and so ordered some Otomize ear spray. I would have gone to my GP but am about to go on holiday and was unable to get a consultation. I placed the order with My Pharmacy on 31/5, within normal business hours, paying for express delivery within 2 days. I heard nothing further from My Pharmacy and the delivery did not arrive when expected and so I sent a message saying that I wanted a refund unless they could guarantee delivery by 4/6. I’ve just received confirmation of the refund with no further explanation. Thanks to My Pharmacy I’ll now be going on holiday without the appropriate prescription medication to treat my ear infection. When placing my order I stressed that I was about to go on holiday but obviously to no avail. Hopefully the otc ear spray that I’ve now purchased will suffice although as a hearing aid wearer who is prone to infection I know that Otomize is always very effective. I feel badly let down by My Pharmacy who have utterly failed to respond to the urgency of my situation and are completely unreliable. I would not touch them with a barge pole ever again.

I needed some antibiotics as back up to an infection that i thought hadn't healed.
This company by reading the reviews seemed very genuine. So i went ahead and ordered some. I met their criteria but unfortunately the doctors decided i wasn't deemed suitable to have these capsules. The money had been paid upfront, which wasn't a problem and i received an email very quickly saying the money was now refunded. As bad luck would have it, it was 2 days before the weekend and a bank holiday! ... However, the money was indeed refunded to my credit card very quickly after. Just showing that this company is genuine but don't expect to receive antibiotics without a very good reason. They will email you and keep you updated but i actually need the antibiotics now as i now have an infection in my tooth. Sods law!

This company feel its acceptable to advertise one product but send a different brand with different ingredients than the one advertised. Then refuse to refund

"Cannot deliver on their next day delivery promises"
Very disappointed. Needed a bottle of cough medicine urgently. Ordered with special before 1pm next day delivery, which cost significantly more. Because I NEEDED it the next day. Checked for updates all day, not sent. Next day same thing, finally marked as sent in the evening, however tracking still says waiting for seller to drop off the parcel. The order should have arrived today & it hasn’t even been handed to the delivery company yet. If you need something urgently, don’t order from this company, they obviously can’t follow through on next day delivery orders, even when the order is only one small item. Please stop offering next day delivery if you are incapable of following through

"Not a good experience."
Terrible. I placed an order, they took the money out of my bank.
I never received the order. When I emailed them, their reply was that I had no orders.
They then kept sending me 'ticket numbers' I have no idea what they mean or what they are for.
The item didn't cost too much but I am informing my bank of possible fraud, on principle.
The person or robot is called Chloe.
The company has asked for my driving licence or passport screenshot I refused as I was now very wary.
UPDATE 13/3/24
After sending emails back & forth they have now refunded the money to my bank. Due to that, I have added an extra star.
Having just received a reply below, I have added one more star in order to meet half way in the incident.

I really rate this company because they keep the things I need in stock and they post them very quickly. They also regularly send great offers. My only criticism is the website isn't especially easy to navigate but that fades into insignificance when I can get some hard to find medication here.

"Awful company, worse customer service"
If I could leave a zero star review, I would.
I purchased some medication yesterday and was told today that I couldn't have it. They said they had read my patient notes, but clearly not. If they'd read my notes, they would have seen I need the medication immediately. It's weird because I've order stuff from them before and had no issues.
Won't ever be using this shambles of a company again. What a joke. If you're reading this from the company, please remove all of my information and records from your systems and never darken my doorstep again.
