Capital repairs very kindly attended to the repair of my washing machine as soon as they possibly could. their representative Marcel was very competent and efficient but beyond that he had great enthusiasm for his profession which he took great pride in and had such expert knowledge of all appliances and very helpful suggestions to keep them in good order. "The engineer Gabriel was the only one…"

The engineer Gabriel was the only one who knew what was wrong after 3 or 4 other engineers visited.I had to pay £119 for visits but if it had been fixed by the first engineer I wouldn't have had to pay as they would have done so in the forst 2 years cover.Why was Gabriel the ONLY ENGINEER to sort the problem out it is totaly unacceptable.

Rangemaster cooker cooling fan failed
Stuart came over and pulled out oven to diagnose the problem and promptly replaced the fan unit. Sorted 👍

I am absolutely delighted with the first class service that I received.

Attempted repair of a cooker hood, took 10 months, wrong parts ordered, asked for more money than quoted and then did not turn up for appointments. A complete waste of hundreds of pounds for appalling service. Avoid at all costs.....

Rangemaster pro oven. Cooling fan failed.
After a few calls part identified and Stuart came out and did excellent job of checking the issue, pulling out the oven and replacing fan.

"Fridge Freezer Repair"

Good morning
The poor rating is due to the 3 day booking of an engineer, the 1st engineer didn't fully diagnose the problem. Confusion over the booking of the 2nd engineer (was told twice that he was coming on Tuesday) who turned up on Thursday.

The issue took far too long to resolves for something which was urgent.
