Transaction was straightforward, smooth and fast. However, I feel that offer letter sent was a little misleading due to lower rate vs when you check online vs when you get your final offer. Overall, it was still great as I was able to get a loan I can afford. Thank you!

"Experience with Lending Tower "

We had very high hopes with Lending Tower after reading so many good reviews and since I got pre approval for the loan also. Everything started out ok with a quick call after doing the online application. Turns out, we weren’t approved, and then came the sales person for the “Resolution Program” program they offer, or whatever you want to call it. I explained we did not want to participate in any of those types of programs and the guy kept telling me how wrong I was for thinking like that. I repeated myself multiple times i dont want that Resolution Program and he kept pushing. I had to tell him I’m not interested in this "Resolution Program" . I really disappointed about this experience
