"Would prefer to give zero stars!"
Would prefer to give zero stars, and even that would be too many.
Purchased a chair mat from these cowboys a few weeks ago (delivery time was not great and nor was the communication but I'll let that slide given the current climate) and, whilst I may be around the 'load capacity' of the product, it has already smashed to smithereens under my desk chair. Completely unfit for purpose.
However, to make matters worse, you cannot contact the company. I emailed them prior to purchasing to enquire as to suitability and again after to inform them of the unsuitability and to ask if there was anything better. I have heard nothing from them. They also control reviews to their own site so they only display positive reviews - not my negative one.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.

"No reply from customer service 22 days and counting."
I bought a floor runner from Floor mats UK and on seeing that the expected delivery date was further away than I had believed it would be I contacted their customer service by email on 14th July asking if I could have the runner delivered any sooner which I was happy to pay for and failing that option I would like to cancel my order. I am still waiting for a reply on 5th August and of course the mat was delivered whilst I was away sometime between 20th July and August 1st
The runner is fine and we will keep it but for a company who tell us that they pride themselves on their customer service and customer satisfaction to receive no reply is very poor.

"Appalling company - Do not trust - BEWARE"
Appalling company. Floor mat brittle cracked within 2 months. I contacted Floormats UK (note the UK) and when they responded, they want me to package the mat and ship to Germany at my cost, despite being a UK company.
I have challenged this and sent images to show the brittle cracks, however they know fine well, no one will return ship to Germany at their cost (circa £80+).
In their response they state they must assess the material flaw...its a crack caused by material brittleness... what are they going to do... nothing a[art from look at it...
Absolute scam of a company... do not use.
I have wasted £43 with these scammers.

"DISGRACEFUL COMPANY"
DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. Mat shattered within days of use. £46 I paid so thought I was buying quality. How wrong was I??
They state I have to send the mat to Germany for material inspection. UPS quoted me £108!!!! Royal Mail said they couldn't send it.
No one answers the phone, I have rang at least 20 times in 2 days. I hang on for 6 minutes then they hang up.
So rude and disrespectful. Who the hell do they think they are?
They have your money then wash their hands of you. Scamming company.
Now what can I do? I've literally thrown 50 quid down the gutter. I guess the gutter is where this company belong!

I wish I’d checked these reviews before I bought. Cracked, shattered in places. No discount or refund offered and required to send to Germany for inspection before they acknowledge any defect. Photos clearly show damage, and clearly this is not news to them given the multiple reports on here of the same! Do not order from this business.

AS with the last couple of reviews, my floormat broke within days of using it, I sent pictures and was offered a full refund.
After a month I followed up and now being told I must return the item to Germany for inspection before I get my refund.

"Very sub-standard product"
Like so many others have reported, my floor mat cracked in 2 places after a total of 12 hours use. I was offered a measly 16% discount (why such an odd amount?). Won't buy anything else from this company.

"Terrible company, but even worse product quality"
The so called heavy duty Matt broke in two places within three weeks of being used. I am well under the max weight guidelines advised!
Sent picture evidence, but they are asking me to pay to return it to Germany, to further investigate... but that costs £24 alone, without packaging. They will not contribute to this cost, or ship a replacement, or even partial redund.
Do not buy anything from this company.

"Terrible customer service support"
Terrible customer service support. Matt arrived later than expected, then broke within a couple of days of being used. Sent them picture evidence, but they are asking me to pay to package and return it to Germany, so they can investigate.
I have never received such terrible service, when a product is clearly shown to have broken, and for them not to even offer a refund of any kind, and expect me to pay for postage?

"Crappy product and bad customer service."
I bought two chair mats for carpets - pro series. They arrived in a week and got cracked within 4 weeks. I asked for a replacement sending pictures and showing the situation and they told me I would have had to ship them back for a closer inspection. The product is a crap and customer service is very bad. They are clearly defected from the origin. Stay away from this company.
