I would give them no star if possible. I bought a Polycarbonate chair mat 114cmx114cm Carpet floor at the cost of £88 on the 18th July, 2 months later it cracked. The crack is 18cm long and getting bigger and no doubt it will carry on cracking.I sent emails which got ignored. web site is now no longer working. NO quality, NO customer service, NO quality.

"Awful company"
Awful company . Do not use!!! Waited patiently for our mats , which did not arrive for over 2months. Company agreed to refund us and we subsequently ordered them from another company. Refund has not arrived, or any response to our emails. Disgusting.

Similar to Dawn M - would zero rating if I could. mistakenly thought I was buying from a UK company! . Plastic mat for under office chair cracked within two weeks of use. Reported problem with photos. Told I had to return ( to Germany!) expressed that I wasn’t happy about this, weren’t the photos sufficient? Stated I expected the £60 postage to be refunded. Mat returned not heard back from them, ignoring my chase emails. Only reply I’ve had is that they don’t refund the postage see their T&Cs - this was never emphasised during email chain reporting fault and them asking for return.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - (PLEASE READ UPDATE)"
This is an updated review on 6th Oct '21. Due to this company not accepting any liability for the broken mats I decided to continue all communications through Paypal to see if this would help. They offered me a refund of £65 (for two mats that cost us just over £250) with the wonderful gesture that we could keep the mats as well. What a joke! The mats were useless to us as they had shattered into large chunks and we'd had to lift them as they were an accident hazard. In the meantime we replaced them with mats bought from Viking Direct which have proven to be a great buy and only cost £25 each. Obviously, I rejected their offer and advised them I would accept nothing but a full refund or I'd escalate the case further. Again they came back with the same offer so I raised the case with Paypal, providing all the information requested.
Well guess what, hurrah! Today Paypal decided in our favour and have now refunded us in full. It may take a bit of time filling out the information but it's well worth it not to let these large companies sell a product that is not fit for purpose, not to mention false advertising. Just so you know, you may find that once you contact them with any complaint you can no longer access their website. How very strange! I hope this helps you if you are getting no where with this company. Go get them!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Purchased two mats to replace others I bought 7 years ago. We laid them on the same carpet, using the same chairs and within a day both had cracked. Now, two weeks later they are not only cracked, but whole pieces have broken away. We have contacted the company with photos and they gave a bullsh*t excuse that their QC had suggested we were using them on a felt carpet which is not suitable for their mats. We do not use felt carpets in our home and our previous mats, from same company lasted years. They are a bunch of liars and will come up with any excuse not to refund or replace. Their product is not fit for purpose. We will be taking this further.

I purchased an office chair mat and it cracked up and broke into pieces after a short while. I have tried to contact this company many times , but with no response from them. Looks like I will lose my £54.00 I paid for the mat.German engineering, RUBBISH. Stick to UK firms.

"This is a cheat company"
This is a cheat company. I bought the product from them thinking this is a UK company but they delivered the product from Germany. After 12 days of use, the mat cracked and I reported it within the 14 day refund policy. They kept on communicating that they will offer 10%, then 20% discounts. When I said, the product is not useable and this discount doesnt make sense to me, they stopped communication. I am now going to report this to the Citizen advise consumer service and invoke Section 75 demand. You can also call 01268 886 690 (European consumer protection).

floor mat arrived cracked/virtually broken in half. now they want me to send it back to Germany to inspect it. Backward logic, and fraud website as says they are based in uk also. Phone number is void and no uk office exists! AVOID AVOID AVOID

"Highly disappointing product and abismal customer service."
I ordered a floormat advertised as "crack-, curl-, break-, scratch- and yellow-resistant". After just a few weeks it cracked and is now in pieces. I complained and was told that I would have to send it back to Germany for inspection to get a refund. Instead they offered me a discount. After several e-mail exchanges I grudgingly accepted, but wanted to at least post a review on their website. Surprise, surprise, this review doesn't appear on the page. Instead there are over 500 glowing reviews of the product - absolutely fuming.

"Broken already after a few days"
I waited for ages, read the reviews and immediately tried to cancel my order. They responded the next day and said my order was on the way - pfffft!
Initially i thought they seemed quite strong, so i gave them a go (the most expensive 'pro' ones on the website btw). I've had them less than a week and my chair wheel broke right through one of them. Asking for a refund and now waiting on a reply, I wish Google would stop listing this cowboy. Raging.
