Choice of leather, colour, feet,etc great - if you can't find something you like you're very hard to please. Can order swatches so you don't have to guess what it's going to look like.
Also, sales contacted to make sure swatches had arrived and whether any queries.

"STOP don’t buy"

STOP don’t buy, they don’t solve your furniture issues mine two sofas turned up with button missing and front arm pieces not attached absolutely disgusting, there quality service doesn’t exist, they want your money and nothing else. With all the negative this company has I think trade and standards need to be informed.
They are rats 🐀 this is my second review. Please also note, they show you a in-house workshop where the sofas are being built. In actual fact, they send the orders to another offsite warehouse to be built.

I ordered some samples which arrived promptly together with their brochure. I wasn't sure if the samples I had chosen were suitable as I have dogs. I telephoned the company to ask their advice, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and posted appropriate samples, he also advised on cushion fillings etc I came away feeling confident to place an order in the future
