I had consulted them online. A chap called Kevin told me to send my photographs on whatsapp. Sent the photos on 14/09/2022 & didn't hear back until 23rd. On sending a reminder got told "hi, you don't qualify for hair transplant as you have a lot of hair".

In reply to your response on the number of stars, it's not for the outcome, but the delay in response which too came after my reminder.

I've changed the stars to 3. There's actually another reason for the 1 star earlier. The response was just not late besides coming after my reminder, but the person responding didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for it, despite seeing the time of the previous communication (10 days before) clearly on WhatsApp & text message. Despite all that the response was just "hello, you are not suitable for hair transplant as you have a lot of hair" without a hint of apology. These are days when people apologize even when someone's inconvenience isn't their own fault.

"UK hair transplant experience"

After finally deciding to take the plunge and have a hair transplant, I began looking at options internationally but was worried about travelling alone, language barrier and the lack of culpability foreign organisations can have. Therefore, I started to look at the options here in the UK and found glowing reviews for Dr Kalra and Kevin. These reviews were all justified as from initial contact I could tell Kevin only wanted the best service and solution for me. This exemplary service continued with the operation day where Dr Kalra sat down to ensure the outcome would not only be what I want but what would fit my physical characteristics. Only 6 weeks in and the progress is extremely exciting and I can't wait for the final results. I've already been recommending their services to friends and acquaintances also looking for a hair transplant.

I recently had a hair transplant after years of wanting it done, but I didn't really want to go to Turkey. So I did some research and found Harley Street Clinic and liked there reviews and overall history when it come to hair transplants.

I'm from Manchester and found out they did this procedure in Bury which was great news! I was well looked after from start to finish by Kevin and would definitely recommend Dr Kalra to anyone thinking about getting this done.

Kevin was very friendly and approachable, and made sure that all my questions were answered and I was satisfied that I understood the procedure before agreeing to it. On the day of the surgery, Dr Kalra greeted me personally and ensured that I was fully comfortable with all the details of the procedure. The surgery itself went very smoothly and efficiently, and the aftercare instructions were detailed and thoroughly explained.

I cannot recommend kevin and dr karla enough. My initial consultation was with kevin, he was very freindly, he listened to and understood what i was looking for and overall dealt with me in a very professional yet freindly manner. Up until the day of my transplant he was always available to answer any questions. On the day of my hair transplant dr karla was extremly patient with me when doing my hair transplant design, he really got involved in making sure i was happy with the design and helping me acheive what i wanted. During the procedure dr karla and staff would constantly ask if i am okay or if i needed a break. I felt so relaxed, dr karla and staff came across very caring, down to earth and freindly. I cant even think of anything negative to say even if i try. overall it was a very postive experience. Highly recommend!
