I bought some pants in the Verona store by finding the brand by coincidence when visiting. And liked them so much I wanted to order the same pants in another colour. Ordered 2 pants and received the wrong ones that was also a bit too small (my fault). Sent customer service a picture of those I had bought in Verona. Got help to find the correct ones. Returned the wrong ones I ordered. When received I got a question if I wanted a gift card or refund. Opted for gift card with 10% discount and ordered again including some other clothes. And now waiting for rhe new shipment. Customer service was very kind, quick and helpful. Shipment arrived fast. Return went fast without any issues. Very happy. I hope the quality of the clothes are as good over time as they seem to be as new. I will definitely shop more clothes from this brand.

la giacca mi piace molto ed è arrivata molto velocemente.
L'unica cosa che mi perplime è che la mia taglia è la 54 e che anche con gli acquisti online non ho mai avuto problemi. Invece questa giacca mi è molto aderente in vita anche se non è segnalata come "slim fit". Spero che con l'uso ceda un poco.
