Very friendly staff. However the cons are the wait time and the blinds impact on stair area. So a little more thought with placement would have helped. I myslef did not realise the impact of positioning. I did not have the experience. Loved the colour and shading.

The sale person was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. The following up was absolutely terrible. Did not show up, did not stick to agreed times, did not communicate. Booking the installation was another very bad experience. Changes are made to arrangements without communicating with the customer. Not acceptable!
But then the finished product was very good and I am very happy with that. I am confused as to whether or not I would use them again.
