The stylist helped me choose great blinds that look lovely in my bedroom the installer was on time and efficient all in all a great experience.

If I could I would give zero stars. I had a faulty blind and despite the promised guarantee I was told I had to pay a $140 call out fee for a technician to determine whether it was my fault or a manufacturer fault. If it was deemed a manufacturer fault I was advised I’d repeat refund. Technician said a manufacturer fault and was able to fix the issues. More than five weeks later still chasing my refund after phone calls, multiple emails and only responses are from a customer service consultant who has escalated my complaint. No contact or apology from the Accounts Departmeor Managaer. My worry is they might be going bank and I won’t receive a refund. Buyer beware if you are considering this company.

I would like to highly recommend Sharon Chapman the Décor Consultant who came out to measure and quote for installation of a new front external awning/blind at my home on Saturday 15th June 2024.
My whole experience facilitated by Sharon was comfortable and at no time did I feel pressured or bullied into accepting her quote as I have experienced with other consultants requested to provide the same service. Rather Sharon encouraged me to consider the quote she provided, which I have now done and accepted, by being open and honest, coming across as very genuine, happy to answer any questions posed and explain the whole process to my satisfaction.
I am very happy with the service Victory has provided to this point by Sharon, and shall be happy to recommend Victory to any of my friends or colleagues.

Richie, Iain and Jamie did a fantastic job installing plantation shutters in our 70s built home. No problem was too tricky for these experienced installers. Fast and tidy as well. Will definitely use Victory blinds again. Thanks guys!
