From the professionalism of my consultamt Mauve who was wonderful and helped make the absolure best choice to my installer Ian who was so helpful with hanging my curtains. I could not be more happy with the result. This is the second time of have used victory with Mauve as my consultant and I have been thrilled both times. "Horrible experience"

Horrible experience. Paid over $4000 dollars for curtains. Due to extensive landscaping I had to wash them . 3 months old. I cold hand washed them hung them damp and they shrunk 5cm. No one is talking it emailing me. Now I have curtains that are 7cm off my tiles floor. Just be cautious and make sure you ask lots of

"Horrific experience"

Horrific experience.
Installation was not done smoothly. Techs forget all equipment required. And now I have warranty processed but guess what, technician's cancelled twice. 7 weeks onwaiting, now am told to wait another 3 weeks. The part, advised was ordered 7 weeks ago (called twice for update and booking tech), now am told wasn't ordered. They will order parts which will take another 3 weeks. Victory has no regard for their customer. And yes the outdoor awnings fade and sun is able to penetrate over time. So not recommending anyone to use VB
