"Worse customer service I have ever…"

Worse customer service I have ever received!
Contacted them 3 weeks ago asking for assistance for someone to come out and check the blinds installed by them as they are not working sufficiently. Was told someone would contact me within 48hours. Waited till end of week no response, called back and they said the department had covid. That’s fine however where is the communication? Call them back and still they told me someone will contact me. Finally end of second week I get a call and get booked in for the following Friday and pay a $140 call out fee. Sitting around at home waiting and all day no body turns up. I was told the technician would call me and give me a time frame. No calls or anyone showing up. I called customer service at 5pm and they stated they can’t do much and due to the time nobody would be coming out on that day.
This is absolutely disgraceful.

"Blerim from Victory Curtians and Blinds…"

Blerim from Victory Curtians and Blinds did a magnificent job installing our plantation shutters in our library. It has completed it and made it such a beautiful, sophisticated room now. Thank you so much Blerim for your careful, beautiful and professional work. You also gave me an excellent run through showing the tips and tricks of using our special plantation shutters. We shall treasure them and make good use of them! Thank you! 😊

"Amazing Service!"

I had purchased blinds from Victory previously (2017) but struggled to make contact with the Brisbane office via telephone or email. I noticed that Kim from the Melbourne office had responded to a number of reviewers and asked that they email her, so I did. I have to say that this woman has been nothing short of extraordinary. She responded immediately and remained in touch constantly while she sourced the items I needed. Her service and communication is impeccable and she has gone well above and beyond what might be expected to fulfil my order. I've been very happy with my Victory blinds and couldn't be happier with this recent service. Kim, you're amazing - thank you!

"AVOID"

We made the mistake of choosing Victory Blinds after obtaining a few quotes. Everything that could go wrong has:
1. Our order was not placed for 3 weeks as the salesperson failed to book the final measure with a technician.
2. The salesperson told us it would take 4-5 weeks from the date the deposit is paid. Head office advised it is actually 7-8 weeks. Add the 3 weeks it took for VB to realise they needed to do a final measure and 4-5 weeks is now 10-11 weeks.
3. When the technician came to install the curtains he discovered the curtain rod was 1.2 metres too short(?). The curtains were just left at our house for us to store while we wait at least 5 weeks for new rods, so the curtains are occupying the whole room hanging over clotheslines in the meantime causing significant inconvenience. No explanation has been given.
4. The shutters stop the windows from being able to be opened. We specifically asked whether we would be able to open the windows before we opted for that window covering. Very confused about how they think this is an acceptable installation, there have been no attempts by VB to address this issue at all.
5. Another one of the shutters was incorrectly designed. The installer advised it could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 months for the shutter to be fixed.
6. No financial compensation has been offered despite the salesperson misleading us in writing and the number of issues that have occurred.

Avoid using this company at all costs. Reading other reviews it seems these issues are common.

We are so happy with my new roller blinds and sheers. John was amazing he came to measure and quote and gave me suggestions, through to the installation, the experience and service has been terrific. Everything looks amazing especially the sheers in my main living area it completed the rooms. Thank you!
