"Worst customer service"

The product and installation were OK but the biggest problem with Victory is that it is impossible to speak directly to a staff member and get an update on your order unless they call you.

When you call their number, it goes to a "Message Answering Service" where you leave a message and they say you will be contacted in 24-48 hours. But they never call you back. Emails are never answered. You just have to wait until they're ready to contact you for installation. No updates, no indication of when something will happen unless they're ready to let you know.

One of my blinds was measured incorrectly and it took 10 weeks for them to correct the issue and re-install. But no matter how many times during that process I called them, they never returned my calls. From initial quote to complete installation was about 4 months. I understand there are delays from Covid and such but delays should be handled with good communication.

Also they demand full payment before installation and once they have your money, they just don't care. It's not like it was a small order either, it was approx. $10k to do the whole house. It's incredible that after paying that amount of money how poor the customer service is.

I would never do business with Victory again and I would never recommend them.

"What can I say"

What can I say: our consultant Joe was the most helpful and knowledgeable in the business. He always kept us informed and was easy to communicate with. He knew exactly what we wanted as far as shutters, sheers and ventians to achieve our modern Hampton look. I would highly recommend victory blinds to anyone for high quality products and service

"Victory to ‘Victory blinds’"

I cannot rate ‘Victory blinds’ and consultant Joe, high enough. Their professionalism and experience are second too none.
From the first consultation to the installation, the process was effortless and I was treated with respect and they showed lots of patience, when choosing colours and styles.
Joe was very knowledgeable, giving me clear and concise advice.
The wait time after ordering was surprisingly quick and the installation was very efficient.
I am very happy and satisfied with the blinds. They look amazing and are of high quality.

Thanks to Victory Curtains and Blinds from quote to installation the improvement to the ambience of my house is amazing. I love the new verticals and the curtains that Matt and Brendan installed. They did such a good job. Very happy. Craig did the quote and made some recommendations that l went with and so happy that l did. Thank you so much.

"Incredibly rude and poor service"

Incredibly rude and poor service. I purchased the blinds, which went fine. They broke some years later. Again, this is fine, things happen. Problems started when I tried to fix the blind. In May, the problem was diagnosed, I received and paid the quote, and let them know. It is now mid-July .I have not been able to get any response from anyone about scheduling it in, despite the fact that at payment, they had said it would be during May.
It is impossible to contact anyone. The phone line goes to a message bank. The online chat function refers me to the same address that has been ignoring me.
I was going to buy another at the same time, but the after sales service is so incredibly poor I would not risk being stuck with another that is broken with no way to fix it

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience, no communication, constantly chasing, text book answers when finally rung by a manager, had to do their work for them, even when the blind had to be reversed to fit the space! OMG! They tell you something, even with a promise, well that didn't happen, always lame excuses. Don't go there people, shocking! VB, it's a good time to reflect and take a look at your practices and be honest about your brand and how you want to be seen. So disappointing! Anyone that reads this, just to reply to VB below, to date (27/7/22) they have not made a phone call! No leadership, absolutely useless and again, talk rubbish!

"No after sales support at all for issues"

I have been attempting to contact victory blinds for 2 months now and after 4 messages left with their message centre, I’ve yet to receive a call back.
I have an issue with my blinds - which I’m sure is not a hard fix - yet this level of customer service is terrible.
