I recently bought an apartment in Broadbeach, and part of my renovation was replacing the blinds. I had a few quotes prior to Cameron Walsh from Victory Blinds meeting with me. From the very first moment it was obvious that Cameron knew exactly what I needed and set-out to make it a really great experience. His industry knowledge is second-to-none and I had no hesitation placing the order. The installation was extremely seamless and friendly with no issues whatsoever. "Good curtains but need better after sales service"
I ordered and paid the 50% deposit for curtains and blinds on the 3 March and have received no communication since. I couldn't get through to the Underwood office number and all of my calls go through to an answering service. I would suggest offering customers the option to track their order. Eventually curtains have arrived and have been installed and I'm happy with them.

"Worst decision ever!!!"
We ordered our blinds in December & they were finally booked for installation end of feb but unfortunately when installers arrived the blinds were not the right size so we were left with no blinds for about 2 weeks then finally they arrived but with them came a lot more issues which have still yet to be resolved. We can blame Covid for a lot but the service we have had has been terrible. It’s been a month now since the technician came to investigate the problems and we haven’t heard anything since. We have called and left messages, we have emailed… but still nothing. We will be taking this further now as this is not good enough! I was excepting a lot more out of a company that has been around for so long! Don’t even get me started on Penny.. our measure & quoter. She hasn’t even tried to help with our issue even after I asked her to please help! We never heard from her again! So angry and disappointed!
