"Been waiting 2 1/2 years for faulty…"

Been waiting 2 1/2 years for faulty plantation shutters to be fixed. No call backs and then a serviceman eventually came and took a shutter to colour match never returned it or any replacements after another 3 months,so also now without one of the original shutters missing.
Called again no return call backs😡

"We've been waiting for our install for…"

We've been waiting for our install for several months now of curtains and blinds. Fiona who came out to our place was fantastic and really helpful. But service since then has been poor and inconsistent, plus one of the blinds was incorrectly sized. I just got off the phone where they advised that blinds and curtains have been delayed and they wont do the install until early November. I shouldn't have to be following up to find out about delays, I would expect they'd keep in contact to let me know, particularly if they are several months behind delivery date already. Avoid.

Kay the rep was brilliant she worked with me from start to finish and always got back to me asap. I must admit that I did have problems getting through to the message service during covid lockdowns, but that was understandable. So I rang Kay and she got back to me straight away and sorted out any questions I had about delivery and installation, as some parts were hard to get during the height of the pandemic. I love my aluminum shutters and can't wait to save up so I can get some more around the front side of the house. I will definitely be contacting Kay again to organise. Thanks Lisa
