Outstanding quality, they look amazing. Professionally installed. Would recommend Victory. I have used them twice now.

Follow up was poor.
This was before Covid and communication within the company was below average.
We spent big bucks furnishing our windows in our newly built house and felt let down with the follow up.
We had 2 orders. One part of the order went 'missing' (even though we paid a deposit for both orders)
Instillation man was very professional.
Maybe could have received the same quality of window furnishings without the additional 8 week delay and extra hassles, (& numerous phone calls without answers) if I went through another company.
