The staff took the wrong measurements. Waited almost 1.5 month for my blinds & curtains for a 2 bedroom apartment. No communication between installers & sales person. Not happy.

Got blockout roller blinds, black on both sides. Also a mesh roller blind - reduces glare while still allowing light in. Looks great, stylish, easy to use. Discreet fixings & pull chains. Promptly sent someone out to adjust a blind that had rolled up slightly askew.very happy with service & products. Used Victory 18 years ago for timber blinds in another home - all still in good condition today.

Bought 3 Venetian blinds bottom rung about half inch short each side. Didn't look right.if wind came through windows they would blow around. When I rang to let them know I was told that's the way they make them now. So disappointed. Will not buy again from them
