Initial consult and measurement was informative. The representative was helpful without being pushy. The attention to detail regarding window meansurements by the installer meant the internal plantation shutters finally installed look great. Two months later and the shutters still look fabulous.

Two weeks to come and measure - 4 weeks to install , when it arrived it had been measured wrong. Remake was then sent to wrong State.!!

I am trying to get my curtains fixed - one came without a drawstring - and you haven't fixed it - 3 months on! I have called 4 times!!!!!!!
Also, there are many creases in the curtains.....NOT HAPPY>0408 385 608 if you want to discuss, I have tried many times to get some answers!

"Not the best"
The style advice given by the consultant wasn’t bad. She recommended s-fold sheer curtains with blockout blinds behind them. She recommended that we have the blinds recessed into the window frame because that would look nicer. It’s true that it looks nicer that way but she failed to mention that the gaps on either side of the blinds would allow someone from outside to see inside our house. It’s especially frustrating because one of the rooms is my en-suite so out privacy is compromised which is very unpleasant. I don’t feel comfortable sitting on the toilet at night with the lights on. Also some of the blinds were a bit crooked when rolled up. I had to call up a couple of times to get someone to come out and fix them which they did (in no hurry) but one of the blinds is still crooked. I contacted them about it ages ago and still haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating having to chase things up like that. You would think it’s basic customer service to rectify errors that they made during installation.
They also failed to mention that some shutters we ordered were going to take an extra few weeks after curtain installation. Nobody even said anything until I asked where the shutters were, at which point they said they’ll be a few more weeks. How do you forget to mention that part of the order isn’t even in the country? I think something like a smaller family run business would provide a better level of service.

The length of the blinds installed are annoying, they are much longer than needed and I appear to have paid for more materials than I needed. When pulling down the blinds they overhang which is not very appealing. Im sure that this will not be responded to as you have my money. Certainly would not recommend Victory to anyone else.
