Be Warned!...despite posting a seemingly caring reply beneath my review of their chocolate ginger in which it states they would like to make this matter right, I have not, to date, received so much as the common courtesy of a reply from their customer services "care" team.
I can only conclude that RJF Farhi responses to negative reviews are only posted to give a false impression that they actually give a damn.

Purchased the dark chocolate coated pistachios, 780g jar as a birthday gift. First time purchase from RJF Farhi and was not disappointed. Product arrived quickly, was well packaged and beautifully presented. The chocolates were in perfect condition and are totally delicious ( I insisted on sampling in order to give an honest review!).
I would definitely recommend both the product and the business, if you are looking for a special gift or just an indulgence.
