I was so looking forward to my order as it was gifts for my love ones. When I received the order I was disappointed as the bonbonnieres were damaged and the quality was very poor. The website states ‘our spectacular handmade bonbonnieres are a truly standout luxury gift’. This item was in no means “luxury’. I am currently still waiting for a refund - it’s been over 2 weeks and have still yet to receive a refund.

Little disappointed , although really liked the Ramadan & Eid packaging. However all the chocolate coating on the dates came crushed and broken, I had to gift it as I had no choice or time to get something else. It was embarrassing, You should really pay attention on delivering the dates in perfect condition and with more secure packaging so that Royal Mail can’t screw it up, it isn’t a cheap product or a gift
