The piano does not make a piano sound. It sounds like a horror film. Absolutely disgusting. Extremely disappointed as it looks so beautiful.

I have now received my gift and wish to review my rating. The product is as good as I hoped I have shopped many times in the shop and have been pleased with all the gifts purchased. My only criticism is why ask for a review when the product has not arrived? I also believe it would be helpful if this goes over the extended delay which mine did to initiate some contact for confirmation I would purchase from this company again
