"DO NOT ORDER FROM BASILICA"
I ordered a leotard from Basilica Dancewear, received my order number and waited... Nothing. Tried their automated chat to track my order - was 'awaiting fulfilment'. I emailed to find out where my order was - no response. I phoned many times - no answer. A pending payment to my credit card has disappeared. If they are in trouble or have gone out of business, the least they can do is let the people who have ordered from them know this. But zero communication? Not acceptable.

Do not order from this company. My 16 year old daughter order a leotard from their website. They have taken the money and not sent the item. They have ignored every message we have sent. Disgraceful

Waiting on a refund for a leotard which wasn't delivered & 2 leotards which I have sent back (mistake on my part) I have sent 5 emails & multiple messages on their website 'chat' with no response!!! The leotards are beautiful& good quality, unfortunately customer service doesn't match! I am really unhappy with the situation

I have ordered a leotard on the website. The size fits perfect, however I would prefer thicker fabric layer for breast support, since the fabric of the leotard is quite thin.

I ordered 2 items 3 months ago but only received one, which I returned. Customer service representative only got back to me a month later to ask what I would like to do and I requested a refund. I haven’t heard from the company since then and it’s been 3 months! I sent multiple emails and contacted via Facebook and Instagram. I am very upset and unhappy with the customer service.
