I used SES to install my central heating system circa 20 years ago and have since used its Home Services to service and maintain the system and to provide cover for emergencies. Its service on call outs has usually varied between good and excellent, only rarely disappointing. Therefore, we also use SES Home Services on our rented properties.

Our boiler was out of control for reasons which we didn't understand. Michael fitted a new circuit board, checked the system, found and replaced a faulty thermostat and checked again. I think he did a good job for which many thanks from us.

SES Homeservices could not have been better in resolving two issues for us - a leaking radiator valve and a sticking valve in a toilet cystern. Their engineers were prompt, efficient and polite and they new what they were doing. Recommend.

They came to service my working boiler on 5 September. Now one month later I am still without a working boiler. They fail to keep promises of actions or returning my phone calls.
