"Never used this shop before but what a…"

Never used this shop before but what a breath of fresh air!
The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helped my wife with numerous trainers with a no pressure environment even though the shop was busy. Unfortunately she couldn’t decide but we will be going back.
My purchase was straight forward and was also excellent from the same sales assistant so she is a credit to the shop.

As always the service is excellent, the one reason I did not give 5 stars (as in the past) is that the shop was very busy and this time it all felt a little rushed as I wanted to try different shoes but wasn’t given the opportunity even though I asked 3 times was there different shoes I could try.
