Jacket fit, waist coat didn't.
When a replacement was requested they refused as each jacket is paired to a waist coat... suggested I go up a size.. well then the jacket wouldn't fit would it...
I even asked if they could offer a small discount on any future purchases as a gesture of good will.. this was refused also.
