"The product arrived looking like a second hand purchase"

My order was delivered promptly however when it arrived it was in poor condition as it had been sent with no outer protective packaging and the inner manufacturer box was damaged, looking like a second hand item from ebay rather than a brand new purchase costing over £60. I contacted Pluckpoint immediately and sent them photographs of the item, they confirmed my complaint was being investigated but I have now been waiting 10 days for a response. This item is a gift for my son and I am very disappointed with the customer service.

The parcel came wrapped in nothing more than a sheet of bubble wrap meaning my son saw his special Christmas pressent when the courier handed it it me!
I have called and emailed Pluck Point but have been ignored!
A simple sheet of paper would have avoided this. Extremely upset that the surprise is now ruined due to simple inconsideration!

"Shocking Service!"

ordered a kitchen appliance, waited nearly a week for despatch. Tried to phone several times (premium call rate!) but could not get through most of the time, and the one time I did, the person on the other end of the phone hardly spoke any english at all!

Product arrived and was a used secondhand item (advertised as new) and now cannot get a refund!

My advice is not to try and save a couple of quid by using this shower ... use a company a bit more reputable
