Ordered some Fuga-Pave part C that was in stock, received an email the next day saying there is a stock shortage. I need to cancel the order but cannot get hold of anyone. Chat says available but no one answers, been phoning the number for 2 hours but no one answers.

Turns out they are overseas visiting suppliers!!!!!!

I ordered 10% more tiles as instructed and ended up with 10% surplus! What do I do with £100 extra tiles?? Emailed the company to ask, but haven’t had a response at all. Customer service bad, advice bad, only thing good is the tiles themselves, but I chose them.

The company I employed to carry out the patio work and fitting were also very impressed with the quality and cost that they intend to use you themselfs in future, winner , winner.
