"I ordered tiles from their website"

I ordered tiles from their website, which according to Paving Store Direct, were in stock and to be delivered within 2 weeks. Eventually found out they were not in stock. Two months later still no delivery. Not happy & will not be using them again. It should have stated clearly on their website it was not in stock and I would not have placed the order with them.

Great experience. Looked at the pavers because I couldn’t get the ones I wanted elsewhere. I wanted them as white as possible but couldn’t really tell on the website. They sent me photos of the pavers and communication was quick and easy. Delivery was quicker than expected and they look great.

Discovered PSD online when looking for an alternative to Marshals products, soon spotted a few real bargains, half the cost, even the guy I've got coming to pave my patio area was really impressed with the low cost. Don't get me wrong, you can still.pay more for some slabs , but I found exactly what we were looking for in the sale. Didn't need them in a hurry, so a couple of weeks wait was fine, and the pack size of 21.6 sqm was Brilliant, just right for our 6m x 3.1m area. Arrived as stated to kerb side on a strong pallet. Great service all round.
