Made an order Saturday 9/12 and have not recieved an Update or the order. But the money was taken as soon as I hit “pay” 🫠
This is not okay.
No responses to mails or whatapp.
I will make my bank take back the payment today if no answer from the site, not sad about that, mostly sad because I really wanted the hat i “bought”..

I made an order that I never received, they lied to me for weeks making me believe that the item was sent when it was fake, they don't want to refund me, they are real thieves and liars !! I work with granite and have had orders stuck in customs for 6 months and there's nothing I can do. This is not a scam company. We will be ordering Monkey Bars in a few months. I would absolutely recommend them but you have to be patient.

Wir haben unseren Spielturm bei einer anderen Firma zuvor gekauft. Jedoch haben wir von dieser nicht alle Teile geliefert bekommen. Ich habe dann den Kundenservice von Petit Seal kontaktiert, da ich gesehen habe, dass der Spielturm dort auch verkauft wird.

Die Anwort von Petit Seal kam promt und wir haben innerhalb kürzerster Zeit alle fehlenden Teile erhalten und konnten den Spielturm endlich fertig aufbauen.
