I ordered frozen Brown Crab Claws. The first packet that I opened were dried up when defrosted over night in the fridge, inedible. I have not yet opened a second packet.
I have since had a full refund and apologies. Great service.

placed my order but received an email saying there way a delay and my delivery "may" arrive the next day. Never arrived and still no further updates provided as to where my order is and it just says "sent" on the order tracker
