"I was supposed to receive my order on…"
I was supposed to receive my order on 29th December but it still hasn’t arrived 2 days later. I’ve contacted them twice via email - no response and I’ve called but no answer. I want a refund asap.
I appreciate at Christmas it is more difficult but any communication would be good as it feels like they’ve just taken my money. Would not buy again.

"missing items"
missing items - order 795385 arrived without the peeled crab claws £24.60 - when you call the customer service number it asks you to email their customer care team - understandable as its new year's eve today but really disappointing experience so far - never again for me I think. - Update, the refund arrived as promised - I’ll chalk this one down to ‘mistakes happen’ and have adjusted the rating accordingly.

"Absolutely awful experience"
Absolutely awful experience. Placed an order on 9th of December for delivery on 28th for a new year’s meal. Two items, both premium products costing over £60 each.
Delivery arrived on 28th but only one item was in it. No sign of tuna saku blocks that were supposed to be the centrepiece of a new year’s meal.
As of writing this, despite trying to call them (please email us) and emailing them several times I have had zero response.
They’ve stolen £65 off me as things stand, and I want my money back.
Do not order from this company. At all.
Update: finally they respond after almost a month. Avoid them like the plague.

"POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE"
They choose when to answer complaint emails. Delivery was left on my doorstep in full sunshine. After finally getting them on the phone a replacement was agreed.
The quality of the product is very poor. Smoked salmon is dyed, when it defrosts the pink dye runs out and stained my white worktop and it appears synthetically smoked. Its almost like they covered it with a flavouring instead of actually smoking it.
The Lobster fell apart, that's a sign it's old. Lobsters enzymes break down when old and the meat goes mushy.
Overall really poor quality and I do not recommend. Poor customer service, poor product and should be avoided at all costs.

My delivery arrived in pristine condition, they provide a marvellous service and I will be using them again every time I want to order fish.
They are excellent.

"standard deteriorated"
I had a couple of deliveries which were fine but then the last 2 were not.
My fish appeared to have defrosted a little before arriving which I was told was ok (but I wasn't so sure). I had ordered a pack of frozen clams and they seemed to have defrosted and when consumed I did have a bad stomach for the next couple of days. We also ordered some prawns (which we had ordered perviously) but when these were defrosted they looked like they had been dredged up and were gritty and unappealing. I threw most away.
Am going to look for a different supplier

"I bought a wild whole monkfish tail…"
I bought a wild whole monkfish tail advertised as membrane removed £64.80. The membrane was not removed and it had a tail and a fin still attached. I wish I had taken a photo of it as this was one for trading standards. I have tried to contact them but got no response. My black lab Cara Mia (15 years old) enjoyed her fish supper as it was inedible for us but a lab will eat anything.

"They don't guarantee Frozen food arrive frozen"
I would give four stars to my first order, but only one star to my second. All the products in my first order arrived perfectly frozen. However, in my second order, everything arrived thawed. I contacted them repeatedly, but received unsatisfactory responses. I will not order from them again.

"We do appreciate your concerns - as long as you receive your items cold to the touch, as if they have been in a fridge, they are safe to consume and to freeze.
We do try our best to get items delivered hard frozen but we do not guarantee it."
"As my colleague Cassandra highlighted, we do always aim to have our products delivered frozen but inevitably there is always the possibility that things may arrive partially or fully defrosted.
If they were still cold to touch then they are perfectly safe to eat/freeze."

"Very expensive; chaotic digital system"
The fish that we ordered arrived ok. However it cost us £44.70 for 362g; we considered that to be very expensive. The digital log in has gone haywire; it allocated a named person from near Maidstone to my account -- I live in Cambridgeshire. My account has since been deleted completely, and my order details have gone. I asked about this and I was stonewalled. I now get multiple marketing messages from Amy, who turns out to be a bot.

"Horrible company"
Horrible company, horrible food, horrible Kim. Worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of receiving! Go elsewhere for your seafood
