"Lack of customer service / false advertising "
Great product, let down on customer service.
I ordered the BBQ seafood box which came the next day as promised. However, the two whole seabass fillets that were listed on the website description of the box were not contained in the order. This was very disappointing as this has been one of the things we were most looking forward to and we were charged the full price. I reached out to customer service the same day at their provided email address and got no response at all. I am a first time customer and will not be ordering from them again for this reason - such a shame.

Bad experience with customer service, e-mailed twice (no reply) and called once, after 5PM, no customer service available! I need advice how to store the tins of fish, sent on ice yesterday afternoon!

"Inadequate delivery for an expensive service "
The fish is high quality and you pay for it. Be warned: they expect customers to take responsibility for receiving the goods from the courier. Driver didn’t knock - I was in the house - and left the fish on the doorstep and I didn’t get any notification that it had been delivered. Found it defrosted on the doorstep the following morning. Fish Society says their responsibility has been fulfilled. Seems like hand to hand delivery of perishables is critical if this business is to work. They can’t manage that. I won’t be ordering again.
