Looked to order some smoked salmon, asked 1 simple question:
Is you fish sourced from RSPCA assured suppliers?
No response and the question not displayed on their FAQ page.
Asked again a week later, still no response and again the question not posted on their website FAQ's.
This speak volumes, they sell cheap, high density stocked, mass produced, poor welfare fish and they don't want the public to know.
Greed above ethics. AVOID

"Excellent customer service"
I have just taken delivery of a whole side of organic raw salmon and 4 bags of cooked prawns. I received an e mail confirming my order, was given a time slot for delivery on the day I specified, the delivery was seamless. The seafood was very carefully packed with lots of dry ice and padding and is undamaged and fully frozen. The salmon is a beautiful fresh colour and is huge, as are the prawns. I have no reason to believe that they will not taste as fresh as they look. On ordering, I was given a 20% discount (this being my first order) which was extremely generous of the company. I'm pretty sure delivery was free also. Had I read some of the reviews on this site I probably would not have placed my order. Thank goodness I read them later. While I do not dispute for one minute many of the reviews herein, I can only recount my experience. I'm delighted with my order and the customer service and I will most certainly order from this company again - not least because of the range of seafood they stock. Thank you The Fish Society (and for my discount ! Much appreciated). I hope this review does something to redress the balance.

"Parcel left outside - no knocking"
DPD sent me a delivery slot for the delivery (via text). I was at home, lights on in the house. We have a door bell that is there for a reason. As the delivery was expected and I have not heard anything nor did I get a text, I have checked my emails and saw the order has been delivered 30 min ago. Checked the front porch (as in the delivery picture) nothing there. We live in a busy road and unfortunately everything gets stolen if left unattended quite obvious in front of our door. I have checked the website of the company only to read that DPD is not expected to knock the door. What the h***?? Sorry that I have no time to sit in front of my door to watch it for 1 hour. I have written an email but do not expect any refunds as they have covered their back with the info on their website (not getting why no other delivery service is used?). I have now lost money and have to spend more money to get new fish bought. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed 😔. Two of the four fish had 'best before' dates 3 months ago. Will not buy from them again.

"The Brown crab meat is just watery…"
The Brown crab meat is just watery sludge. Not anything like the photos. Their dressed crabs are edible, nothing special, not as good as one's that are cheaper. Salmon that is smoked, is actually very good, small for the price but you get what you pay for with the smoked salmon.

"Very Poor Customer Service"
Non delivery of goods due to the companies website mixing my delivery address with Billing post code. Company stated had tried to ring , but I had no calls. Emailed me to state they authorised carrier to destroy the parcel due to the nature of the goods, but my local carriers depot is not 10 miles from my house and didn't even get the option to pick it up. To top it off after I query the official 'company policy email' there has been no reply. I don't normally do negative reviews and vote with my feet, but now being £70 plus out of pocket, I feel I need to give this honest review of poor service.

Used a few times. was all going ok and they then delivered to the wrong address. said because they weren't notified quick enough so they could not deal with the currier. i explained its between them two and ultimately the raw fish was delivered to the wrong address
£150 order and i had to go to my credit card company to refund.
poor treatment of an solid customer. Be very careful as you are dealing with a raw fish product and they have a very loose approach to making sure it gets to you frozen. a few times it arrived defrosted or half defrosted. They say you can just refreeze the product if it defrosts but id rather be safe than sorry with raw fish. several other companies i have used since have much better delivery and service
