I was slightly worried that everything was frozen but everything still tasted fresh! I would recommend that you put some recipes in for thermidor or garlic/wine sauces. We were ok because we cook.

I certainly appreciate their evident enthusiasm for what they offer, witness their ideas for recipes and new customer experiences. Best of all, when I had occasion to phone with a query, I was met with friendly and cheerful courtesy and a generous and thoughtful response. They deserve their success. Just wish more companies were like the Fish Society !
