The product is very well made and I love that I can have an umbrella that is both good 8n hot weather as shade and also in rain. Am testing it out 9n my travels through Thailand at present. It would be nice to have a broader range of colours in the UV umbrellas. Having said that, the yellow is bright and cherry in dreary weather. Thank you for producing a quality product, which should last for years.

I purchased my Blunt umbrella approximately 10 years ago and it has been such a great umbrella. I was the one who always had an amazing, sturdy, wind proof, good looking umbrella when I was on yard duty at school. A few months ago I was having trouble with the locking mechanism and wrote to them. I posted it to an address interstate and shortly after, my umbrella was returned fixed. Not only was it fixed but it was washed (looked brand new) and a couple of other little things replaced. In this day of throw away consumerism, why not buy an umbrella that will last you for 20 years?

I wanted to arrange a return for what turned out to be an excess purchase. They say they have a 30 day return policy which is great. But 5 emails, Facebook messenger messages and even a phone call (where all you get in an answering machine) and nothing.

30 days on and still complete and utter radio silence.

I can't be in the sun at all, so this is perfect. I appreciate the umbrella opening is quiet. Normal pop up umbrellas can be very noisy and can shock people.
