Great product customer service clunky
Was super impressed with the product but one of the colours I wanted to exchange. There was a clunky process for this. I sent two emails that were not responded to and two phone calls went unanswered. When I got in touch by phone the staff member was super helpful and she provided a return address.

I bought a Blunt Classic umbrella, intending to use it at golf. It came without a cover despite the price of $139. My golf friends predict it will be soon soiled as it is carried on the outside of my golf bag. I wrote to Blunt about my disappointment 8 days ago & have not heard back.

You provided an incorrect tracking number, took more than 10 days to arrive and now I find the umbrella does not fully open so I have to push it open.
