I just need to arrange an exchange and my time is running out. I have sent you 2 emails and tried to leave 2 phone messages. Can you please tell me what I need to do to get an authorisation number and an address to send my perfect pristine barely unwrapped packed umbrella and what I need to do to facilitate an exchange? I ordered the coupe but meant to order the metro. So it's my mistake and I own that. Please make it easy to rectify this.Thank you. I really want to leave you guys a great review but I can't do that.

My original blunt spots umbrella was awesome. Everyone commented on how good it was in the wind and the size was perfect. Unfortunately some kids broke into my house and stole my car that had my umbrella in it. So I’m replacing it with exactly what I used to have.

The umbrella arrived in a reasonably prompt fashion but it looked nothing like the advertised product. The fabric was completely crushed nothing like the perfect looking umbrella in the picture. I was very shocked with it's shabby appearance. I won't be buying another.
