"Love my compact unbrella"

Love my compact unbrella. When very windy is does occasionally turn inside out, but no where as much as other umbrellas. Also, those other umbrellas would break after flipping but this one hasnt. Worth the buy.

From order to delivery couldn't fault! and was very speedy, however I wanted to swap to a different size after receiving it and contacted customer service twice with no reply, so gave up and kept what I received.

I decided to change my small umbrella for a bigger one. Your customer service person, Callan, was very efficient in helping me to do so. One little gripe. The umbrella I sent back to Somerton arrived the day after I posted it but the receiving company wasn't very prompt with informing Blunt that my umbrella had arrived. I think it took them a week to inform Blunt.

Bought a fancy designed umbrella for my girlfriend on her birthday and it for some reason caught stuck in an open position. Support were very helpful and replaced the umbrella without any issues. The replacement has been going strong with no issues.

Purchased two. One broken straight out of the box. Promoted online as strong/durable. Seem to be made of brittle/fragile plastics. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
