Blunt umbrellas have terrific customer service. I bought the umbrella in New Zealand while holidaying (best souvenir) and took it home to Australia. I had the umbrella for just under two years and it broke one day picking up the kids from school in the rain. Blunt has an easy to understand process to follow for warranty fixes so getting it fixed was no problem. Thank you Blunt!

I found BLUNT umbrellas to be very reliable .
Walking around the city with winds coming from all directions, it performed very well. Kept the wind and rain off me and never turned inside out.

The umbrella is itself of very high quality. The only issue I have is with the clips that attach the cover shoulder strap to the umbrella cover. They come off too easily and bend under the load of the umbrella to the point where I think they will break eventually. They would be better if made from stainless steel.

I love my BLUNT umbrella, it's gorgeous (the fun and colourful print), well made (the attention to detail and finishing touches are amazing!) and sturdy (the strong and solid frame); three things that are difficult (maybe even impossible?!) to find in the one umbrella!

It was a little pricier than most but definitely worth it - I only wish I could afford more colours and prints!

I love my Blunt metro umbrella. It is compact, lightweight and (most importantly in Hobart) can cope with strong winds without turning inside out.

I have an attractive mint coloured one. One of my work colleagues (who recommended I buy a Blunt in the first place) has a happy yellow one and another colleague has a pink one.
