"No day 2 return PCR test results"

Day 2 return PCR test not returned with 7 days after advertising a test return within 18-24 hours.Had to enter an online chat room to get my results after trying all other means of contacting the support team. Refused to give any compensation.

"Day 5 report not given within the time-frame specified. Disappointing service."

It's my 8th day and I still haven't received the result of my 5th day test after being assured by the customer service that I will. I want a refund! I was told I'll get the report within 18-24 hours of receiving the sample but it has not happened!!! The customer care service was unhelpful and vague when I demanded an update.

Extremely disappointed. I chose this lab because of the good reviews but my personal experience has been terrible. Wouldn't recommend at least for test to release. My friends who got tested from other labs got their reports on day 6 only.

There was no email with reports even after 3 days of posting the sample. Deepthi supported me promptly by providing the result report.

I had to message them to get my Day 2 test results AND activation confirmation as it was not emailed to me.
However the staff who helped me, Chethan was very polite and managed to solve my issues quickly.
Just wish their system was better organized so that I didnt have to take time out of my day to follow up on a service I paid a lot for.
