"STOP HARASSING ME"
STOP HARASSING ME! I bought fish from you once a few years ago and you won't stop calling me. Reading other Trust Pilot reviews, this appears to be something you do to many customers. IT WON"T MAKE ME BUY FROM YOU, EVER! I have blocked your number but you must have several numbers that you make calls from that you are blocking when you make these harassment calls. It always goes straight to my voicemail and my phone never rings. Every time you call me I will leave you negative feedback until you get the message. So grow a conscience and show your customers the respect they deserve.

Time I chipped in here. I have been having deliveries of fish from Regal for about seven years now, and the produce and the service have been consistently excellent. Quite apart from the haddock fillets I always have, the prepared food is also well worth exploring. Their smoked haddock fish cakes are very tasty, and the traditional smoked peppered mackerel are quite pricey, but well worth it. (Yer get wot yer pay for).

We've been buying fish from them when they launched in the late 80s and we've never had something that wasn't First Class. I'd recommend this company, not just for the fish but for their friendly staff too. Enjoy!

When you place an order the staff are always helpful, polite and courteous.
The order is always delivered between the times quoted and usually at the approximately same time each delivery, which makes being around to take delivery much easier.
The delivery driver is always smiley, polite, helpful and courteous.

Fish was great ,but as a new customer your customer service is awful .very rude staff member taking payment from me. Wanted to order more don't think I will bother now .as for the rubbish reply I spent £20 exactly.

Disappointed!
I saw a Regal Fish van delivering on my street, to the house opposite. I said ‘hello’ and asked if he could pop over as I wanted to know more about their services and tbh craving some fish too!
He said he would be over in a minute. I waited with my front door open for a good 3/4 minutes hoping not to miss him but within minutes he was seen driving off . Very disappointed to say the least.

"Harassing phone calls"
Cold called at home. We don’t eat that much fish but I got some sardines for my dogs as treats. Ever since then I must of been called 3/4 times every week by regal fish. I thought they would get the hint after the 10th time but no, they are very persistent and annoying!! I sent an email and have been reassured that they would stop. We will see…

Didn’t like the fact the fish was delivered by DPD delivery, In a box with a HUGE amount of packaging. Much preferred the more hands on approach of it being delivered by Regal Fish themselves when it was delivered in a refrigerated van in a plastic bag with a couple of ice packs to keep it cold. I call that customer service. It was just another delivery delivered by a company who deliver as quickly as possible and would rather leave in a “safe place” than deal face to face with the recipient. Very disappointing.
